Our Services

Information Providing. 

The first 20 minutes of our consultation regarding basic information on your entitlements to Social and Public Services are FREE of charge and if such consultation not includes any Advice or Advocacy work. 

 

Advice

If during a consultation the client requires some action has to be done by Information Officer/Advocacy Worker, such as filling in a form, writing a letter, contacting a Third Party, etc, such work will be charged as for Advice Service.

 

Advocacy

When the client needs to be represented by Advocacy Worker to any Third Party, such as Landlord, Social Welfare Office, Employer, and such representation includes solving the client's problem, the Advocacy Service will be provided. Advocacy work will include Informaion and Advice Providing and in some cases the Interpreting Service may be required also.

 

IMPORTANT! We are not Lawyers and can not represent our clients in the Courts.

 

Interpreting

We provide an Interpreting Service in the place you need, such as Banks, Government Agencies, Hospitals, etc. We can visit with you any place you need us to help you to communicate with people in English.
