Cancellation Policy

Customers may book available appointments online. Appointments are automatically accepted when availability allows. Cancellations: Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted. Waitlist: When no suitable appointment is available, customers may join the waitlist. Waitlist requests are managed manually, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. Customers will be contacted if a suitable time becomes available. Appointment details: Please arrive on time and provide accurate contact information so we can communicate important booking updates.
